This "vault"-themed collaboration draws heavily from the Fallout universe (including nods to the Amazon Prime Video TV series), featuring irradiated wastelands, ghouls, Deathclaws, power armor, Vault-Tec branding, and Vault Dwellers. It builds on a smaller 2024 crossover in Modern Warfare III/Warzone called "Fallout: Vault Dwellers."

- Vault Town: A free, limited-time 6v6 map variant of the classic Nuketown, reimagined as retro-apocalyptic suburbs sponsored by Vault-Tec. Highlights include air purifiers, a Nuka-Cola bus for flanking, Blue/Orange Houses, and a massive power armor display in the Blue Garage.

Limited-Time Modes (LTMs) – All Free
These modes emphasize radiation mechanics (tracked via Geiger counter HUD), power-ups like RadAway/Nuka-Cola, and Fallout enemies:
- Multiplayer:
- The Ghouls (Ghoul Infection): 24-player Infected twist. Vault Dwellers start with full loadouts + Scorestreaks (LDBR, H.A.R.P., War Machine). Get infected → become relentless Ghouls (with Ninja/Tracker Perks; chain kills for Deathclaw transformation).
First Ghoul is a "Glowing Ghoul" (instant kills, explosive death). Chain kills as Dwellers for buffs (speed, accuracy, etc.).
Fallout skins give starting buffs.
- S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem: 6v6 moshpit (TDM, Domination, Hardpoint) with toxic particles.
Power-ups from kills: Pumpkin Pie (health), Nuka-Cola (scorestreak), Jet (speed), Psycho (accuracy), RadAway (de-rads), Luck Bobblehead (better drops).
- Zombies:
- Project RADS: On Ashes of the Damned/Astra Malorum.
Feral Ghouls + Deathclaws (possibly irradiated variants).
Drops: irradiated food (health but +rads), Bottle Caps (buy stuff), RadX/RadAway.
High rads = slowdowns, damage nerfs, health drain, Perk loss. High-round rewards.

- Power Armor Royale (Trios, 66 players on irradiated Verdansk): Loot Fusion Cores for Power Armor drops (health/jetpack/miniguns).
Rad zones hurt sans armor; find RadAway. Last squad wins.
