@ChronicallyJen_ (full handle TTV- ChronicallyJen on X/Twitter and Twitch) is a chronically ill Australian content creator, streamer, DBD (Dead by Daylight) gamer, caster, model, and community organizer.

She has a small but dedicated following (around 88 on X, ~1.3k on Twitch as of recent data) and is open about her disabilities and health challenges while staying active in the DBD scene when able to.
Her Background and Personal Story
She is a 4x international pageant title holder (including current Elite Ms Universe Australia) and former model/speaker and prior 15 years working in the medical industry as a nurse and disability support worker.

Following a work injury, Jen became chronically ill and disabled herself and has since found comfort, distraction, purpose and built a caring and inclusive community through gaming.
She uses a trackpad to play games because she has only ~13% use of her right hand. Her conditions include:
- Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) — constant minimum 7/10 pain for the last 5-6 years.
- POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) / Dysautonomia.
- causes her to faint regularly and has heart rate spikes up to 210bmp just trying to do basic home and self care tasks.
- Gastroparesis.
- Migraines.

She streams DBD irregularly due to health flares and has described how chronic illness "breaks people" while sharing raw updates about daily pain and disability.
She has built many strong friendships through DBD (e.g., 5 wedding guests she met in-game) and was part of Team Femme Ghouls / MHMか, which has won DBD tournaments like the DBF Charity event - which raised money for Domestic Violence victims.

In this educational server, Jen created and coaches 9 teams from around the world.

- Decay (OCE) (Her primary team where she remains the Captain and coach)
- Lumora (OCE)
- Rushers (OCE/SEA Combination)
- Fogbound (OCE)
- Coven (NA)
- Salem (NA)
- Incarnate (NA)
- Veil (EU)
- Curse (EU)
95% of Fogbound League's staff (50+ active staff) are from those 9 teams she created. Including a strong Owner, Co Owner and Admin team from around the world.
In Fogbound League they welcome newer / lesser experienced teams as well as teams who have been competing in competitive for a while.

Fogbound League is organized and ran by a close knit staff team; who are all part of the chronically ill, disabled or LGBTQIA+ demographic.
