Pre-install starts Sept 29 at 8 AM PT on Xbox Series, Xbox PC, and Steam.
Premium Edition unlocks Oct 1, 8 AM PT. Everyone else, including Game Pass Ultimate / PC Game Pass, Oct 6, 8 AM PT.
Gold means the retail build is locked for manufacture and download.
It does not mean they stop patching. They already said they’ve been tightening PC since the July multiplayer beta.
Size
Clear 115 GB on an SSD. Some listings have floated 130 GB. Either way: more than 100 GB. Make space.
