June 7 — Xbox Games Showcase + Gears of War: E-Day Direct
10am PT / 1pm ET.
Microsoft’s big show immediately followed by a dedicated deep-dive into Gears of War: E-Day. Double the impact in one afternoon.

Mid-June — Rumored Nintendo Direct
Jeff Grubb (one of the most reliable voices on Nintendo) says we’re getting a proper one by mid-month.
No official date yet, but the pattern and the hype around Switch 2 titles make this feel very real.
That’s four major presentations in roughly two weeks, plus side events like the PC Gaming Show and Day of the Devs sprinkled in.
It’s basically E3 season without the single bloated convention — just pure, concentrated hype across every camp.
This is the best time of the year.
No single company owns the spotlight; everyone’s throwing down.
